Fifteen years of birth work, now in your home
Phoenix Postpartum was founded by Lindsay Brown — a former home birth midwife, registered nurse, and mother of four, who spent years cooking in fine dining kitchens before she ever caught a baby. After fifteen years of walking alongside birthing families, she knows exactly what those first weeks feel like: tender, loud, and short. Every visit is delivered with a midwife's calm, a chef's comfort in the kitchen, and a mother's warmth.

Fine dining training, fourth trimester heart
Before she was a midwife, Lindsay cooked in fine dining kitchens — and she still cooks that way for her families. Every package includes postpartum meal prep — built slowly and seasonally, then packed for your freezer and your one-handed 3 a.m. moments. Nourishing for recovery, gentle on digestion, and made with newborn-safe ingredients in mind.
